`resolveInspectableStore(Container $container, SymfonyStyle $io): ?InspectableFailedJobStoreInterface`	Resolves the configured `FailedJobStoreInterface`, or null (with an error already written to $io) if it doesn’t support inspection — the default `LogFailedJobStore` only logs and drops, so there is nothing to list/retry/forget.
